While in many cases the ideal space for your needs might not exist, we will help you to find the best option from the potential sites available and make it ready for you to move into, based on your needs and standards. We know the costs and limits of renovation projects and can help our customer companies get a better deal on rentals.
The process starts with a needs assessment meeting. After the first meeting, we will have formed a shared vision of the requirements and schedule for the project.

We have been in charge of numerous challenging renovations of office and commercial spaces. Working with Finland’s major property owners and a wide range of customers has given us a good idea of what needs to be done in each project, and we are in our comfort zone working on demanding projects and tight schedules.
Renovations of office and commercial spaces are typically tightly scheduled projects that have to be completed rapidly. Product delivery times can become bottlenecks in the schedule, whilst well-prepared planning and supplier contacts help to ensure the project stays on schedule. We plan the implementation of projects according to the LEAN philosophy and methods of synchronous production, and we always look for the optimal production methods for projects without compromising on quality. All this ensures that we are confident in our performance.

Commercial surveys as a service
The Commercial Survey begins with a kick-off meeting with the customer, the aim of which is to form a shared vision of the customer’s needs. This will cover technical and financial issues, such as staff numbers and their needs, technical requirements of the premises, quality level, location, and logistical factors.
After the kick-off meeting, our project manager reviews the property owners’ offerings and selects the most suitable sites to offer to the customer. We then provide a summary of the potential spaces. The summary includes a comparison of the spaces, including the need for renovation, costs, rent level, potential challenges, and availability.
Trusted Partner as a service
The Trusted Partner service includes services determined according to scope. We want to help customers complete their office remodeling projects smoothly, so based on the status or options selected, we determine what elements the service should involve. It can cover the whole process on a turnkey basis, from design to final cleaning up. The assignment can also be just separate parts of the project, e.g., a consultant to partake in negotiations, assist with implementation planning, or focus largely only on the tenant’s part of the construction.
