BUSINESS PREMISES FOR ATTENDO IN RUOHOLAHTI

For a long time, the building served our national treasure, Nokia, functioning as the premises for the company’s development department. Since Nokia, premises for multiple tenants have been renovated in the building. We have carried out floor-wide office space renovations and smaller alteration work in the property. For example, we renovated multistorey premises for Huawei in the building.

The latest office renovation at this site was executed for Attendo, a company that provides care services and living assistance. In the project, all of the wall and floor surfaces were renewed. We also made alterations to the restrooms and kitchen. There were rearrangements to the walls: glass walls were moved, removed and added. We also created new conference rooms and quiet spaces. Construction was executed according to the interior design provided by the tenant and the scope of the renovation was 1,100 m2. Renovation period was 2.5 months and the project was completed 2019.
